I love the neighborhood. The hotel is just by the river and walking around is a pleasure. The rooms are ok but nothing special and this is why I give four stars. The breakfast buffet is great, with enough variety, and the food in the restaurant is also good. I like staying there. It’s small details that could make it better (one of the two elevators was not working, they still have those small tubes of shampoo/ shower gel that I consider a huge waste etc)

Very friendly and accommodating staff who were always there to help. The room for the price was absolutely fantastic! It was well furnished, the bed was comfortable and the bath had a TV in it which was a surreal yet fun addition! The hotel is in a great location for the local night life and places to eat and it wasn't loud either and I got a great nights sleep. I would hugely recommend here over any of the other similar priced hotels.

I think the hotel is nice with all necessary amenities. The decoration of the rooms are cool and inviting. The bathroom of my room showed signs of aging though. One thing that I was disappointed about is that the hotel didn't offer a welcome drink inspite of my silver status with Accorhotels. The welcome was quite low key when I arrived. The breakfast at the restaurant under the hotel was amazing though. Nice views and a great atmosphere at the restaurant during my breakfast.

Stayed for one night and had a nice, spacious room looking out onto the river. I liked the modern ambience of my room, however the bed was a bit too hard for my liking and I could hear a lot of noise coming from the riverside and the corridors, so it didn't seem like it was very well soundproofed. However I still managed to get a good nights sleep, probably more because I'd already had quite a few beers lol, so these issues were just minor. However the best thing about this hotel is the city centre location. Nicely perched on the riverside and just mere seconds to all the nice craft beer pubs on King Street. Will stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay here; room was waterside facing with two windows as a corner plot offering panoramic views. Had some noise overnight (Friday night) with people drunkenly passing, but nothing unbearable. Bed was comfortable, room adequately supplied, and the little tv in the bathroom was a fun touch! Breakfast offered a nice selection, though catering could have monitored supply more regularly, instead of before things ran out.. sausages were also very anaemic-looking and could have done with longer cooking!

Stayed here for one night with breakfast. The hotel is in a good spot for central businesses and night spots. Check in was easy but took another visit to reversion to get my key card to work. The rooms are very nice and have comfortable large beds. The bathrooms are lovely with bath an walk in shower. There is a small television over the bath built within the tiles which is very handy. There is a safe and iron and ironing board which is very useful. I found the walls of the room quite thin as could hear phone calls being made in other rooms and hairdryers late at night and early morning. Breakfast was a good choice but only medium sized plates put out for fried breakfast. The bar is nice and prices not too bad, they also have happy hours.

This hotel is fine but there are a few things that need to be pointed out. First, the rooms are very comfortable but would benefit from a small redecorating. They are a bit old fashioned and, in my opinion, tacky. The bathroom contains a bathtub and a shower area which is great but when you look closer, the equipment is old and a bit run down. The doors are not very well sound insulated so it is quite common to hear people in the hallway. The breakfast is good if you like the regular British breakfast. It lacks sweet options and mostly offer savoury items.

More like 3.5/5. Rooms are excellent for the price, TV in the bath was very welcome. Location is really good - but try to get a room high up. Stayed two nights. Seemed a bit short staffed when I stayed. Food was pretty good (and nice local ales on tap). Standard "full English" was... "standard" at best. A gym would give this 4 stars though.
